- NO RETURNS on electrical, core, special orders, overheated, altered, or disassembled part(s).
- Special orders included auto body sections that are cut off are not returnable.
- Refunds subject to management approval.
- Parts returned not defective are subject to a 20% or $20 (whichever is greater) restocking charge before 7 days.
- Part(s) returned must have “K&P” marked otherwise, parts are not returnable.
DEPOSIT:
- 50% deposit required on parts to be pulled or special order.
- Deposit VOID after 5 days.
- Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES:
- All implied guarantees or warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use are hereby disclaimed. All express warranties or
guarantees are contained on the front of this document by computer print. Any claim cannot exceed amount of purchase. We are not
responsible for damages or any loss caused from installation, removal or use of this merchandise.
“K&P” is not in anyway express or implied responsible for any labor charge.Vehicle sold “AS IS” – NO Guarantee or Warranty.
Guarantees and warranties VOID if motor or part is overheated and it is non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS:
- USED ENGINE or TRANSMISSIONS: Customer must install new oil, oil filter, thermostat, spark plugs, coolant, and tune up parts. All belt-
driving engines are required to be installed with new timing belt and set on right timing before installation is done. Customer must rob out
radiator, change new water hoses, water pump, all seals and gaskets whatever is necessary before installation. Check and adjust valve clearance
and tune up.
AIRBAG: See manufacturer(s) for proper installation of any airbag or airbag component.
INSPECT MERCHANDISE before accepted and check for “K&P” marked.
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES INCURRED ON INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF PART(S).
All returned checks are charged $15 each.
CORE:
- Core must be returned complete within 15 days of purchase. If not, warranty or guarantee is VOID and “core charge ($)” will not be returned.
Core purchased is sold “AS IS” and not returnable with no guarantees or warranties if the core has been accepted.
- Customer is responsible for inspecting the product for damages prior to accepting from the carrier. Please call 800-909-6898 if the package
looks damaged before acceptance. You may refuse delivery of damaged items. If you choose to accept the product please notes andy damage
on the delivery ticket with delivery companier prior to signing. of damage is not noted or after delivery accepted, K&P Auto Dismantlers Inc
and Delivery Company with not accept any responsibility for the damages.
